What an amazing find - wonderful staff, great outdoor seating, lovely cake and coffee - all in all a great experience The 3 cheese toastie could really do with being made with more love and care - wasn't impressive at all.
Love this place. The food is aways delicious and fresh. The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is very cozy. They have garden with tables, where is lovely In the warm days. You can ask for blankets when it's cold . Inside they got around 10 tables ish.. If you are going for lunch, try be to there earlier, as its getting full really fast. The soup of the day is always delicious and we love the toasties.They have few books and games for kids entertainment.
This place is special and for me the bus stopped right outside. I was on holiday and was meeting my Sister here. This was her choice as she had been before. It was nice enough to sit outside. There was a very nice variety of cakes. The cafe has obviously built a reputation because people just kept coming, some sat, others for take away. Very nice cafe to spend some time in.
Excellent lunch place in a pretty wee village. Huge sandwiches with interesting fillings. Soup. Great cakes and coffee. Eat inside or out and takeaway too. Friendly service. Dog friendly too.
Absolutely amazing Cafe, gorgeous cakes, excellent food. You can pay by cash and card, and receive a loyalty card. Gifts can also be bought here. Theres framed book posters for sale, the wizard of oz, life of pi and War horse where you can read the entire book on it. Order food inside and then they deliver to your table. Priced very well. New menu came out this week, and all day Bacon Rolls are on! A request for crispy bacon is no trouble for them at all! Absolutely love this cafe!

I visited Tyninghame Country Store on Tuesday the 19th of March 2024 and it was a brilliant spot for lunch, not far from North Berwick this cafe is a great alternative if you fancy a nice countryside drive and a fresh meal! I ordered a smoked trout roll and it was great! It came with some crisps and a salad which had a wonderful dressing on top! If I’m in the area again I will be back! Thanks Tyninghame Country Store!
Step into an old smithy hammering out all manner of tasty treats. Loads of sweet treats supported by a country fare lunch menu. The surroundings are an old blacksmith with lots of the original features on show. There is plenty of seating if tight, supported by seating outside as well. If you are out for a sightseeing drive on a lazy weekend in East Lothian, it's worth dropping in. The kids may struggle on the main menu but the cakes and treats on offer will more than make up for it. Disabled access is tight inside, but if it's sunny, just sit outside! The lovely staff will accommodate.
